Famous super moist chocolate cake from MATILDAAA !!!

  This recipe is my most favorite chocolate cake recipe. I remember learning how to make it when I was 10 years old while sitting next to my mum. This is the recipe that made me instantly fall in love with baking. It is the simplest yet the best recipe for the ultimate chocolate cake. The secret to this insanely delicious cake is boiling water. yes! I'm right. Adding boiling water to the batter makes it extremely moist. This cake will make anyone who eats it come back for it. This chocolate cake can also be prepared a sheet cake for different recipes.  The chocolate ganache is like a cherry on top for this cake.  Salted caramel brownie trifle This trifle is an extremely decadent combination of creamy, crunchy and the perfect level of caramel flavour. Each layer has its own personality from having the perfect creamy whipped dulce de leech which is a Mexican favourite to having the most creamy and fluffy whipped layer of the salted caramel mousse. This trifle will make anyone who eats it ask for more again and again. It's a super hit in my household and friends. Trust me it's a SHOW STOPPERRRR!!! Ingredients :  Salted Caramel Sauce Butter -1 tsp  Granulated sugar -1 cup  Cream  -1 pack or 100 ml  Salt - 1/4 tsp  Melt a tsp of butter and add 1 cup of granulated sugar and let it caramelise as soon as it turns into a nice light brown colour. CINNAMON SWIRLS These rolls are a replica of the world-famous Cinnabon cinnamon rolls. A simple and easy recipe that will help you make the most flavorful and moist cinnamon rolls FROM SCRATCH! These cinnamon rolls will leave your kitchen smelling like heaven. Ingredients : For Dough: 2.5 Cups Flour 2 Table Spoons Olive Oil 3/4 Cup Warm Milk 2 Table Spoons Sugar 30 Grams Yeast  1/2 Cup Melted Unsalted Butter 1 Cup Soft Brown Sugar 1/4 Cup Ground Cinnamon Powder   Cream Cheese Frosting: 1 Cup Icing Sugar 3 Table Spoons of Cream Cheese 4 to 5 Table Spoons of milk Combine 3/4 cup of warm milk ( not hot ) with 2 tbsp of sugar and the entire pack of instant yeast.
