Fudgy Chocolate Brownies!



I'm sure no one would mind these steaming hot brownies with a good cup of latte on a cold winter night. This is easily one of the easiest recipes of the famous FUDGY BROWNIES!! Have it on its own or with ice cream or hot fudge instead, It will a blockbuster every time. The most perfect decadent square of perfectly baked brownies with chunks of dark chocolate inside and a fudgy center with a shiny crispy top. Our recipe is a simple 4-step recipe that almost anyone of any age group can make and enjoy. 


Ingredients: 

Oil - 5 tbsp 

Butter - 3 tbsp 

Dark chocolate - 1/2 cup 

Icing Sugar - 1 cup

Eggs- 2

Vanilla essence - 1 tsp 

Flour- 3/4 cup

Cocoa powder - 1-4 cup 

Chocolate chips - 1/4 cup

Directions: 

Melt the required amount of butter and oil in the microwave and then finely chop the dark chocolate on a cutting board and gradually add it to the hot mixture of oil and butter. Mix very slowly until fully combined and until all the bits and pieces of the chocolate are melted. If the chocolate pieces do not completely melt together then microwave the mixture for another 15-30 seconds depending on the voltage of the microwave. 

Now add icing sugar to the chocolate mixture along with eggs and vanilla essence. At this step make sure the chocolate mixture is at room temperature so that eggs do not get curdled when they are mixed in. The mixture will be a little thick but that's perfectly fine. 

Now gradually add the measured dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and start folding them in with a spatula. Make sure everything is perfectly combined and no lumps are left. 

Now line a 9x9 baking pan with butter and line it with butter paper. if you are using a silver baking pan then after buttering the pan you can sift it flour as well to make sure your brownies don't stick to the bottom of the pan. Now top the brownies with chocolate chips of your own choice and bake at 180 C for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. 

Serve these brownies in medium-sized squares and serve on their own or either with a scoop of ice cream of your own choice. ENJOY!!
