CINNAMON SWIRLS




These rolls are a replica of the world-famous Cinnabon cinnamon rolls. A simple and easy recipe that will help you make the most flavorful and moist cinnamon rolls FROM SCRATCH! These cinnamon rolls will leave your kitchen smelling like heaven.

Ingredients:


For Dough:

2.5 Cups Flour

2 Table Spoons Olive Oil

3/4 Cup Warm Milk

2 Table Spoons Sugar

30 Grams Yeast 

1/2 Cup Melted Unsalted Butter

1 Cup Soft Brown Sugar

1/4 Cup Ground Cinnamon Powder  


Cream Cheese Frosting:

1 Cup Icing Sugar

3 Table Spoons of Cream Cheese

4 to 5 Table Spoons of milk

Combine 3/4 cup of warm milk ( not hot ) with 2 tbsp of sugar and the entire pack of instant yeast. And let it sit for a minute. 

And then add the wet ingredients to your dry ingredients and combine until a dough forms. Oil a bowl and place the dough and cover with plastic wrap. Let it rise for 2 hours. 


For the Filling: 

Combine 1/2 cup of melted butter with 1 cup of soft brown sugar and 1/4 cup of ground cinnamon. 


How to Roll Cinnamon Rolls: 

Roll the dough onto a very lightly floured surface having at least 1 inch of thickness after being rolled. Evenly spread the butter cinnamon mixture and further roll the dough into one long roll. Cut each piece into 2 or 3-inch rolls and place them on your greased pan.


Cream Cheese Frosting: 

Combine the powdered sugar, softened cream cheese, and milk until thoroughly combined. 



Bake at 250 degrees until golden brown and ENJOY!
