Instant Iced Coffee😍

You must have watched many short videos of making quick yummy summer drinks, but I bet you never have tried this iced coffee in your life. I also used to watch those short videos of making summer drinks but most of the ingredients added to those drinks were not usually even available in common grocery stores. Today I’ll be revealing my very own iced coffee recipe that I used to make every morning in the summer before going to university. It is quite simple and can be made within 2 mins.

Ingredients:

1 cup milk

1.5 tsp coffee/ 1 coffee sachet

1 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp Nutella

1 tbsp Peanut Butter

½ cup crushed ice

Chocolate Ice-cream

Whipped Cream (optional)

Chocolate Syrup (optional)

Procedure:

Start off by taking one cup of milk and adding it to the grinder. Then add 1 and a half teaspoons of coffee (can be of any company) into the milk. If you have a coffee sachet, then you can add it instead. Although I usually prefer 1 tablespoon of sugar, you can add it according to your taste, but I will prefer only one because the ice cream and Nutella will make it more sweeter. Once you are done with adding these ingredients, add 1 tablespoon of Nutella and Peanut Butter (can be either smooth or crunchy, it’s totally up to what is available to you). Both the Nutella and Peanut Butter give a very balanced sweet and salty taste to the iced coffee. Now add a half cup of crushed ice into the milk (I used to crush the ice by putting ice cubes into a clean cloth and crushing it with a pestle). Now that you have added the crushed ice to the milk, it is time to mix everything in the grinder. Give it a nice grind and set it aside for now. Take a clean glass and add one scoop of chocolate ice cream at the bottom of the glass. Then add chocolate syrup to it. Once you have added these two layers at the bottom of the glass, it is time to add the smoothie to it. Take the grinder and nicely add the iced coffee smoothie into the glass so that the bottom layer does not mess up. Finally, once the iced coffee is added to the glass, take one scoop of chocolate ice cream one more time and add it to the top. It’s totally optional to add whipped cream instead of an ice cream scoop (or you can add both on the top of the iced coffee so it is up to your liking whether you want to add both or just one of them). Lastly, drop a nice layer of chocolate syrup onto the ice cream scoop or whipped cream and your iced coffee is ready to serve!

I bet you have never tried this iced coffee in your life and the good thing about it is that it only takes a maximum of 2 minutes to prepare this iced coffee. So, whenever you receive unexpected guests or your friends come over to your house and you don’t have any drinks to serve, surprise them with this yummy and full-of-flavor iced coffee. It will surely refresh you not only in summer but in any season so let me know in the comments whether you liked it or not. Enjoy your delicious, iced coffee, and thanks a lot for keeping up with me. See you in another blog with another amazing recipe.
