INGREDIENTS:
Greek yoghurt - 1/4 cup.
Oat milk - 1 cup.
Rolled oats - 3 tbsp.
Stevia - as per your requirement.
Peanut butter - 2 tbsp.
Unflavored Protein powder - 1 scoop.
INSTRUCTIONS:
The Directions to this protein shake cannot get as easier as possible. Soak the oats in ½ cup of water 10 minutes before making the shake.
